Frequently asked questions
If you're not home, the delivery driver will try to leave the package with a neighbour. If that's not possible, it will be taken to the nearest collection point. You'll receive a notification from PostNL or DHL.
Did you enter the wrong address? Please contact us as soon as possible at info@pyroproducts.nl. If your package has not yet been shipped, we can change the address.
Sorry to hear that. Please take photos of the damage and email them to info@pyroproducts.nl. We will provide a suitable solution, usually a replacement product or a refund.
No, we only ship on weekdays (Monday to Friday). Orders placed after the cutoff on Friday will be dispatched the following Monday.
We don't ship on national holidays. Your order will go out on the next working day.
Once your parcel has been dispatched, you'll receive a track & trace link by email. Use it to see in real time where your parcel is and when it will be delivered.
